You're accepted

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.  Ephesians 1:6

It does not matter who has rejected you or might be rejecting you on today because God accepts you!  Really think about that for a moment.  Almighty God (Genesis 17:1) the Creator of Heaven and Earth (Isaiah 40:28) accepts you!  The One who flung the sun in the sky and put the earth in outer space suspended by nothing except the Word of His power, loves you and is pleased with you because of His Son Jesus's sacrifice on the cross on your behalf.  Too often, we seek acceptance from man instead of receiving the acceptance of God which is all that really matters.  Jesus told the religious leaders of His day, "Your approval means nothing to me" (John 5:41, NLT) because He knew that He had the only acceptance that really mattered from God His Father.  It does not matter if an ex-spouse, parent, friend, colleague or anyone else has rejected you on today.  God accepts you and because He sits on High and controls the entire universe, He can turn things around in your favor and for your good (Romans 8:28)!
