The Goodness of God

The goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance.  Romans 2:4

As Believers, we must realize that criticism and judgment does not lead individuals to the LORD.  It is the goodness of God that leads people to Him.  Criticism and judgment tends to make people feel condemned which makes them feel that they must run away from God.  Essentially, they don’t feel worthy to be in His presence.  Psalm 145:9 says that “the LORD is good to all.”  Let us follow our Father’s example and practice being good to all people as well.  It is sure to bring them to Christ.
