Is There Anything Too Hard for God?

I am the LORD, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me?  Jeremiah 32:27 (NLT)

Too often, we try to make things easy for God.  God may speak a promise to our heart that He wants us to be healed from a certain sickness for example.  Instead of believing for the instant manifestation of healing in this particular case, we may pray a prayer that God will eventually heal us and that we will eventually feel better.  We serve a God of NOW though!

In the book of Exodus, there were 10 plagues the Egyptians experienced when the Israelites were in bondage and enslaved by them.  One of the plagues was frogs throughout the land of Egypt.  The Bible records, "Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and begged, 'Plead with the Lord to take the frogs away from me and my people.  I will let your people go, so they can offer sacrifices to the Lord.' 'You set the time!' Moses replied. 'Tell me when you want me to pray for you, your officials, and your people.  Then you and your houses will be rid of the frogs.  They will remain only in the Nile River.' 'Do it tomorrow,' Pharaoh said.  'All right,' Moses replied, 'it will be as you said (Exodus 8:8-10).'"  Essentially, Moses asked Pharaoh when he wanted him to pray and the plague of the frogs to cease and Pharaoh replied tomorrow instead of saying right NOW today!

Too often, we don't believe God for big things and that He can turn our situation around for the better NOW.  All of God's promises are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20).  Additionally, the Gospel is also defined as the "too good to be true news!"  Believe God that your situation will improve for the better right now because there is nothing too hard for Him and with Him, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26)!!!
