god is in control!

God is not intimidated by evil in our world or even the wicked things that comes to oppose you in your life!  God can work any circumstance or situation out in the favor of His beloved sons and daughters.  The Bible states that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).  Nothing in our world or even your life catches God by surprise!  He knew that this difficulty would oppose you before the foundation of the world but ultimately he has orchestrated events and circumstances to work out in your favor!  In today’s Scripture verse, Peter explained that God in His foreknowledge knew that the Jews would deliver Jesus to the Gentiles to be persecuted and crucified but that He would use it in His ultimate purpose of redemption.  Although Jesus was in fact crucified, He was also ultimately victoriously resurrected and is seated at the right hand of God (Acts 2:33).  Try not to fret about the evil people and situations that are presently coming against you.  They may mean it for evil but God is going to make it good (Genesis 50:20)!
