Constant Reminders of Your Problems

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.  Ephesians 6:16

Have you ever tried to rest or wanted to rest and thought “what is that problem I was worried about?”  It is as if when you try to rest, you are immediately reminded of that situation that is causing problems in your life.  This is a ploy and tactic of the enemy.  He does not want you to rest but to be reminded of the problem in your life.  You can have a thousand things going right in your life but he will remind you of the one thing that is wrong as you try to sit down and rest.  Don’t fall for his tricks!  Rest knowing that “all things work together for good to them that love God” (Romans 8:28).  You don’t need to worry at all because God is working that situation out for your good at this very moment.  Hebrews 4:3 notes that “we which believed do enter into rest.”  Believe God is working the situation out and enter into His rest and peace!
